ESS unveils Ebizframe

Our Bureau

MUMBAI, May 30

EASTERN Software Systems (ESS), a company providing and implementing ERP for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), on Tuesday unveiled a new product, Ebizframe.

The components of Ebizframe include Web site building templates, chat, e-mail, diary builder, knowledge management, calender builder, and the ability to create front ends for customers, suppliers and employees.

All transactions are powered by a commercial transaction engine, which can be used by manufacturing as well as trading and service organisations.

Ebizframe can be offered in five different ways, rental, VPN/leased lines, intranet and co-hosted server.

``Ebizframe is an e-commerce enabling tool which will allow global organisations to run their business from their own portal,'' said Mr. Anil Bakht, Chairman and Managing Director, ESS, addressing a press conference.

Ebizframe integrates the internal ERP systems to the external world by enabling not only e-commerce but also a host of other functionalities, all of which are related to the velocity of the business.
