Jt venture for LNG export project in Iran
BG International has signed a 50:50 joint venture agreement with Oil Industries Engineering and Construction Company (OIEC) to develop an LNG export project in Iran. OIEC is a partly-owned affiliate of the National Iranian Oil Corporation.

PETRONET LNG Ltd is planning to set up an on-shore trust account for payment of time charter rates to its ship owners and operators and gas suppliers as part of a payment security mechanism which is being finalised in consultation with gas off-takers and financial consultants.
