Dumping duty on B&W photographic paper
THE Finance Ministry has imposed definitive anti-dumping duties on all imports of black and white (B&W) photographic paper from the UK, France and Hungary.

THE Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) in its pre-Budget memorandum to the Government has said that there is a need to reinforce the concept of Transfer Pricing in the Indian Income-Tax Act, 1961.
