`Farming methods threatening global food output'
WORLD food production is at risk from farming methods that have degraded soils, parched aquifers, polluted waters and triggered off the loss of animal and plant species, according to the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) and the World Research Institute (WRI).
