THE Boards of Directors of Electrolux Kelvinator Ltd, Intron Ltd and Electrolux India Ltd have approved the proposal for amalgamation of Electrolux and Intron with Electrolux Kelvinator.

Mangalore Chem plans to restart ammonia, urea units
MANGALORE Chemicals and Fertilisers is working towards restarting its ammonia and urea plants shortly with production slated to commence in early April, according to the MCF Managing Director, Mr D.P. Mehta.
