BoB board to take up Benares bank merger

MUMBAI: The board of Bank of Baroda (BoB) will take up for discussion the draft scheme for the amalgamation of Benares State Bank Ltd with the bank as received from the Reserve Bank of India.

The scheme also will be made public to seek the views of its members, creditors and depositors, said a press release.
