NEW DELHI: The Union Minister of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, Mr Arun Jaitley, released a book titled `Hanbook for Consumers - Rights, Problems and Remedies', authored by D.S. Mehta, here on Monday.

Mr Jaitley described the book as the need of time in the emerging globalisation of Indian economy in which "consumers are not only the king but are always right." The book deals with consumerism as a movement to protect and promote consumer interests as a worldwide phenomenon.
