Common man sidelined

Karnataka's citizens are becoming victims of high utility charges. First, the Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation hiked electricity charges. Now the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board has increased water charges 71 per cent, covering domestic users. Though politicians talk of implementing policies that favour the common man, in reality, the opposite happens.
