Alcatel solution for SMEs

Our Bureau

MUMBAI: Alcatel has announced the launch of Alcatel OmniPCX Office, an integrated communications system for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

OmniPCX Office provides fully integrated Internet, voice and data services in a single e-communication appliance.

The solution is a pre-configured server that integrates various communication services including telephony, controllable Internet access, e-mail server and network security services.

Being modular, the system can be built out as per the growing needs of an enterprise.

A smaller business may initially require only a voice solution with a secure solution for shared Internet access.

The system can be upgraded later with more users or more applications such as e-mail or voice-over-Internet protocol (VOIP) solution.
