Joseph Kennedy joins i-flex Board

MUMBAI: i-flex Solutions Ltd has appointed Mr Joseph P. Kennedy II on its Board of Directors.

Mr Kennedy, a former US Congressman and House banking committee member and sub-committee chairman, currently serves as the Chairman and President of Citizens Energy Corporation in Boston.
