Re-Living management training film

PUNE: The Re-Living, a video software production house, has released its second management training film, titled `The importance of good customer service'. According to an official release, this film is aimed at helping students, executives and entrepreneurs develop a positive attitude towards customers with an objective of providing a high level customer service.

This is a 40-minute film providing the viewer with more than 40 tips on handling customers. This was the second title in the series of management training films, the first being `How to make good presentation', it added. The Re-Living is a Pune-based video software production house, specialising in management training videos, corporate films and public interest serials.
