HYDERABAD: Global Trust Bank (GTB) has announced the connectivity of its ATM network to the Visa Global ATM network.

In a press release here on Thursday, GTB said Visa cardholders across the world could now access the bank's My Time ATM network.

All categories of Visa Cards bearing the Visa, Electron or Plus logos could now transact through GTB's 170-ATM network in 23 cities in the country. The bank proposes to expand the network to 200 ATMs in the next couple of months.

According to the GTB President, IT and Retail Banking, Mr P.C. Narayan, the facility would benefit over three million Visa cardholders and over one million Electron cardholders in the country, enabling them to avail of facilities such as cash withdrawal and balance enquiry at GTB's ATMs.

The Visa International Country Manager, South Asia, Mr Santanu Mukherjee, said the tie-up with GTB would further increase the spread of Visa ATMs and cardholders would have access to over 1,800 ATMs across the country.
