BoI extends multi-branch facility

MUMBAI: Bank of India (BoI) has extended its multi-branch banking (MBB) facility to all its branches in Mumbai effective from February 9, 2002.

Under the MBB facility, the customers who do not have an ATM card, can deposit and withdraw cash in any of these branches and their respective accounts and the parent branch will be updated instantaneously. As a security measure, each customer would be given a personal identification number (MBPIN).
