OpenTide to set up centre with Protocol

BANGALORE, March 26

PROTOCOL Telecom Solutions (India) Pvt Ltd, a Bangalore-based turnkey call centre and network infrastructure solutions provider has entered into a strategic alliance with OpenTide (A Samsung SDS Company) to launch its operations in India.

OpenTide will be setting up a concept centre jointly with Protocol Telecom Solutions in Bangalore, said a press release.

OpenTide is bringing in its world-class suite of enterprise relationship management solution (ERM). OpenTide-Samsung SDS's integrated enterprise relationship management methodology is a robust, comprehensive, flexible, customisable, end-to-end business solution and process that combines Samsung's knowledge bank and professional consulting services with the best integration technology available.

Mr Suresh Gundappa, CEO, Protocol Telecom Solutions said, ``Protocol is excited about this relationship and we see a great opportunity for OpenTide-Samsung SDS solutions in India. Indian call centres are facing huge quality and attrition issues.''
