BANGALORE: Vismaya Technologies implemented its 360 degree integrated CRM suite, SpelBind, at Fabmart's Web-based contact centre.

SpelBind Remote CRM solution provides a high level of customer support and services for Fabmart customers through e-mail and chat, while keeping the interaction fast, according to a press release.
