Omax Auto: To drive on NSE

OMAX Auto has decided to list its shares on the National Stock Exchange. The board meeting for this purpose is to be held on Monday.

The company had recently issued bonus shares in the ratio of five shares for every share held. The stock went ex-bonus a few weeks back.

The move to get the shares listed on the NSE could lead to enhanced market interest in the stock owing to better liquidity.

To gain on buyback plan?

SRF has initiated a share buyback scheme. The company's board is slated to meet on September 2 to consider the buyback proposal.

Ahead of the buyback announcement, the share price of the company has staged a marginal recovery in the last few days.

The price and the mode of buyback could have a major influence on the share price movement in the ensuing week.

May see revived interest

MAARS Software has seen a relatively subdued trend at the stock market over the past few months. The proposals to issue shares on a rights basis and to increase FII holding limit from the current 49 per cent could probably lead to revival of trading interest in the stock. The company's board is meeting on September 4 to consider these proposals.
