SET viewership ratings up 32%

MUMBAI, Sept. 25

SONY Entertainment Television India Pvt Ltd said today its viewership ratings for the ICC Cricket Tournament on SET Max were higher by 32 per cent over the recent NatWest Series of 10 one-day international matches in England.

SET claimed that its channel Max reached out to an estimated 29 million households in the first three matches of ICC Champions Trophy being held in Sri Lanka.

The ratings, which were done by TAM, also indicated that female viewership was up by 44 per cent while male viewership increased by 23 per cent.

Of the matches, the India-Zimbabwe match had a rating of 6.5 while non-India matches recorded 2.3.
