Microsoft pat for engineer

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, Oct. 17

AN engineer working with the Technopark-based US Software Ltd, Mr Sreejumon Purayil, has been selected by Microsoft Corporation for the Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for proven competence in the MS.Net platform.

Announcing this, a US Software spokesperson said that the annual MVP award is being conferred on 117 professionals chosen from all over the world in the .Net category. The award recognises outstanding performance of peer group communities who work with various MS technologies.

Mr Purayil graduated in electronics engineering from Engineering College, Kannur and joined US Software in the year 2000. He has been actively involved in communicating with newsgroups over the last seven months, providing solutions to difficult questions posted on the Internet.

The MVP award was established to recognise talented individuals for their outstanding contributions in technical community activities.

The MVP status is awarded to the most active online community gurus for their technical expertise, disposition for sharing experiences and commitment to helping others realise their potential.
