Observing quality month

KOCHI: Network Systems and Technologies Pvt Ltd (NeST) has started observing `hinshitsu gekkan' — quality month in Japanese, during November.

The process quality improvement month focuses largely on its Japanese clients such as Hitachi, Toshiba, Yamaha, NTT, PRI etc and aims at achieving targets further minimising its near zero defects in development and deliveries and also increasing the spirit of competitiveness amongst its employees.

Besides India, the quality month will also be observed in US, Canada, Europe and the Asia-Pacific simultaneously.
