HYSEA seminar

HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad Software Exporters Association (HYSEA) conducted a seminar on leadership role for IT professionals wherein 23 members from large and small and medium enterprises took part.

The workshop covered leadership paradigms for the virtual organisation, traits, basic and advanced skills, case studies on leadership of companies such as Kodak, GE and Wipro.

Mr Shakti Sagar, President of HYSEA and Managing Director of Wilco International Systems, said that leadership is about challenging the conventional wisdom, taking ownership for failures and giving credit to the team for success.

The Vice-President of HYSEA and President Inspira Technologies, Mr Anil K. Jampala, said called upon members to serve as change agents.
