SDV begins Hyderabad operations

HYDERABAD: SDV Technologies, a Chennai-based software solutions provider, has announced the commencement of its Hyderabad operations and launch of Bank Shoppe, its second software product that enables banks to issue various instruments such as DDs (demand drafts) and POs (postal orders) through select established centres.

Addressing a press conference here on Friday, the Chairman and Managing Director of SDV Technologies, Mr D. Sri Siva Kumaraha, said that the company was in parleys with some public sector banks for its banking products. The company, which has about 120 employees in Chennai, plans to locate about 60 in Hyderabad operations.

The company was also providing total branch automation solutions for the co-operative and scheduled banks, he said.
