IDEA Cellular Ltd has introduced M-coupon, an electronic service that brings discount coupons on the subscribers' mobile phone.

The new service is available to both post-paid and pre-paid Idea Cellular subscribers.

The M-coupon service recently won the Golden Peacock award. The innovative product can be downloaded on an Idea mobile and flashed to the relevant retailer to claim the discount. These coupons can be downloaded and redeemed to get great deals on premium brands, at the best shopping arcades and exclusive stores in Hyderabad.

Launching this new service, Mr S.K.Subramanian, Chief Operating Officer, Idea Cellular, AP, said: "At Idea we believe that continuous innovation is the key to customer satisfaction. M-coupon is one such innovative offer that extends to our subscribers, the benefit of shopping, at a discount. M-coupons, winning the Golden Peacock awards stands testimony to this."
