i-flex arm CEO released on bail

MUMBAI, April 2

In a release issued here, i-flex said, " ... Mr Senthil Kumar is an executive of high personal and professional integrity. As such, the past week has clearly been difficult and distressing for Mr Kumar, his family and all involved with i-flex solutions, and he is relieved to be returning to his London home."

The company has reiterated its commitment to cooperate fully with the investigations related to alleged visa irregularities.

Our Bangalore Bureau adds: Commenting on Mr Senthil Kumar's release, Mr Rajesh Hukku, Chairman and Managing Director of i-flex, said, "We are overwhelmed by the support we have received from our well wishers. We thank the Government, the Ministry of External Affairs and the Ministry of Information Technology and Nasscom among others for their unstinting support and good wishes to the i-flex and family of Mr Senthil Kumar."
