BANGALORE: Omnesys Technologies Pvt Ltd, a Bangalorebased firm specialising in mission critical software products and solutions for the securities market has launched NEST XL an electronic securities trading product targeted at the derivatives market. NEST XL is an extended version of its flagship product NEST (next generation electronic securities trading).

Mr Shrikant Pandit, Managing Director, Omnesys Technologies, said NEST XL, through its innovative features, helps the trader avoid the pitfalls and monetary risks posed by the derivatives market. "We have already signed up with close to 20 brokers for installing this product and expect to have some 100 installations by the year-end," Mr Pandit said.

Omnesys is an empanelled vendor on the premier exchanges and its flagship product NEST has been well accepted by several brokerage houses. A fully integrated online trading system for securities using regular trading work stations, Web browsers, and mobile devices, NEST binds all clients like such as remote branches, sub-brokers, and individual investors into an integrated real-time online, multi-channel system, he said.
