BANGALORE, July 6 RR RESTAURANT, known for authentic Andhra delicacies, has relaunched itself with a dash of imaginative décor in the newly renovated restaurant on Church Street. The restaurant relieves the zing of `fiery' food by adding décor that is minimalist but soothing. RR, which first opened in Bangalore in 1977, saw almost every visitor to the Garden City from the famed industrialists of Delhi to the Kapoors of Bollywood, find their way here for a taste of its legendary food. Food from the Andhra heartland of Nellore and Guntur known for its avakai and gongura, hot meat preparations laced with green chillies and pepper and of course, the biryani have made RR an epicurean landmark for many years.
