Wipro Info in pact with Witness

BANGALORE: Wipro Infotech has entered into an alliance with Witness Systems, the US-based provider of contact centre performance optimisation solutions.

Wipro Infotech is to market and integrate the complete range of Witness Systems' eQuality browser-based solutions to contact centres in India, according to a press release.

Witness Systems' eQuality suite provides multimedia customer interaction recording (across the telephone, email and web), evaluation, performance analysis and e-learning management solutions.
