Sapience develops call centre app tool for SMEs

L.N. Revathy

Coimbatore , Aug. 8

THE Coimbatore-based Sapience Softwares has developed call centre application software exclusively for the small and medium scale industries.

"Our intention is to help the small-scale sector benefit from the call centre telephony concept, which, at present is within reach of the bigger players," Mr Satish Menon, Managing Director, Sapience Softwares, told Business Line.

The investment on this application, he said, was relatively low - to the extent of buying some systems and interfacing it with the software -compared to a captive call centre.

The technology integrates computers with telephone networks. The application supports voice and data transmission, complex connection types and call-management techniques.
