HYDERABAD: The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Industries (FAPI) has appealed to the 12th Finance Commission to have a serious look into the problems being faced by the small-scale sector and recommend to the Government to ensure adequate flow of finances for the sector. "Genuine entrepreneurs are unable to raise finance from banks and financial institutions, which insist on urban property as collateral security," Mr B.V. Rama Rao, President of FAPI, said here in a statement on Thursday.
