CII to launch HR competency model

THE Confederation of Indian Industry has developed an indigenised CII-HR Competency Model, called CompMod to meet the specific needs in human resources of Indian businesses.

The rollout plan for the model is being jointly implemented by CII and National HRD Network all over the country.

In the northern region, a CII session on the HR Competency Model is being held on Friday. Speakers at the session include Mr Ranjan Acharya, Vice President-HR, Wipro; Mr G.P. Rao, National Secretary, National HRD Network & Vice President (HR), Birla VSL, and Mr Satish K. Kaura, Chairman and Managing Director, Samtel Color.
