Richhold gets 5.55 pc stake in Padmalaya Tele

Hyderabad , Aug. 28

PADMALAYA Telefilms Ltd (PTL) has informed the stock exchanges on Thursday that the Kolkata-based Richhold Trading Private Ltd, along with its Directors, Mr Shankar Lal Saraf, and his wife Ms Madhu Devi Saraf, have acquired 6,94,648 equity shares of the company, representing 5.55 per cent of the paid-up capital.
