THIRUVANATHAPURAM: The Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology will organise a one-day workshop on `Intellectual Property Rights Issues in Biotechnology' in the city on September 3, says an official press release.

Dr M.D. Nair, an expert in intellectual property rights issues related to the pharmaceutical industry will be one of the keynote speakers, says the release. Dr Malathi Lakshmikumaran from the Tata Energy Research Institute, New Delhi will be the other keynote speaker, the release adds.
