Hyderabad , Sept. 16

IDOLA Fori Design Ltd, a Hyderabad-based Rs 5-crore convergence design company, would bring CoCreate's suit of collaboration products and services to the Indian market.

This was announced at a press conference here, arranged to mark the strategic alliance between Idola Fori and Asahi Material Automation (Thailand) Company Ltd, the Asia Pacific distributors for CoCreate.

According to the Asahi MAT CEO and Managing Director, Mr Takashi Hirakawa, CoCreate, produces computer aided design (CAD) and collaboration software that enables highly interactive design meetings on the Web, where exchange, review and editing of engineering data was possible.

Such a collaboration results in benefits such as expanded reach, accelerated time-critical communication, reduced travel costs and improved productivity.

"We investigated every company in the market and ultimately chose Idola Fori because of the company's reputation in the market for its service quality and professionalism in high-end technology areas," Mr Hirakawa said.

The Idola Fori Director (Strategic Business), Mr Siddhartha, said companies across the globe were increasingly recognising the benefits of collaboration software.
