Crying for attention

The Tidel Park in Chennai, along what is called the IT corridor, is meant to be the city's showpiece as far as the IT industry is concerned. But, the road outside the park hardly does it proud. The Tamil Nadu Government has announced its intention to upgrade the IT corridor to "international standards", but those working in the park and other motorists using the road may be wondering when that will happen.
