HR centre launched in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: The Chennai-based Sanjivini Human Resources Institute (SHRI) has launched its Andhra Pradesh centre by conducting a personality development programme for senior executives of HBL Nife Ltd, here recently.

The institute programme adopts an unconventional approach to personality development by linking personality with core values on one hand and with action and results on the other, is called VIBRA - an acronym for Value based Individually focused Business related Result oriented Action driven Personality.

The Director of AP centre of SHRI, Ms. Muralidhar, stated that in addition to VIBRA, a one-day workshop, SHRI was also conducting a two-day workshop for performance enhancement called Optimal Performance through Teamwork Innovation Motivation and Affiliation (OPTIMA).
