vCustomer on hiring spree

VCUSTOMER, a US incorporated global services firm providing scalable, affordable and integrated BPO solutions, has announced its plans to recruit more than 1,000 technology support and customer care professionals.

In line with the projected ramp-up schedules of its existing clients, these new recruitments will be for the company's three processing centres in New Delhi.

vCustomer services companies with diverse and complex product portfolios, including printers, networking equipment and storage media. It currently handles over 2.5 million calls and e-mails per month and is one of the largest voice contact support services firm in the country.

According to Mr Sanjay Kumar, CEO, vCustomer is launching recruitment initiatives customised to the technology support audience. These include theme events and job fairs, upcountry campus recruitments, tie-ups with private sector leisure and entertainment entities and the like. A major share of these recruitments is expected to come from non-metros.
