THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Department of Business Administration of the College of Engineering Thiruvananthapuram will organise a one-day conference on `Competency Management', says an official press release.

Branded `Kalpatha 2003', the event will be held on October 3 in the premises of the Technopark in the city's suburbs, the release adds.
