Announcements NTPC pays Rs 708 cr as dividend Our Bureau
NEW DELHI: National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) has paid a dividend of Rs 708 crore to the Government. A cheque of a final dividend of Rs 308 crore was presented to the Power Minister, Mr Anant G. Geete, by the NTPC Chairman and Managing Director, Mr C.P. Jain, a company release said here. NTPC had already paid an interim dividend of Rs 400 crore in March this year, it said.
