Kajaria Ceramics shareholders approve delisting

New Delhi , Sept. 29

THE shareholders of Kajaria Ceramics Ltd have approved the delisting of the equity shares of the company from the UP, Delhi and Kolkata stock exchanges.

The nod for delisting the equity shares of the company from the three stock exchanges was given by the shareholders at the annual general meeting held on September 24, KCL said in a communication to the Stock Exchange, Mumbai.
