Lalit Mathur is NIRD chief

HYDERABAD: Mr Lalit Mathur has taken over as the new Director General of the National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD) here on Tuesday. Mr Mathur has wide experience in rural development and has headed many departments in the Government of Andhra Pradesh, according to a NIRD press release.
