New Products & Services Kinetic launches `Velocity' Our Bureau
Mumbai , Oct. 8 KINETIC Engineering Ltd, which launched its new motorcycle `Velocity' at a price of Rs 38,300 (ex-showroom, Mumbai) here today, is targeting sale of 100,000 motorcycles in current fiscal. The 115cc-Velocity alone is expected to sell 40,000 units between now and the end of this fiscal, Ms Sulajja Firodia Motwani, joint Managing Director, Kinetic Engineering, said at a press briefing. The bike's monthly production will rise from 4,000 units to 10,000-12,000 units by March. Next fiscal, the Velocity, positioned in the market's executive segment, is projected to sell 100,000 units.
