Govt mulls panel to look into piracy

New Delhi , Oct. 8

AS a first initiative to control piracy, the Information and Broadcasting (I&B) Ministry has decided to set up a committee to suggest measures to control audio-video piracy.

The Ministry has asked film-maker, Subhash Ghai, to look into the issue initially and bring out points which could become the terms of reference. "The Committee will be set up only after Mr Ghai submits his report," said the I&B Minister, Mr Ravi Shankar Prasad.
