KPIT Q2 income up 63 pc

MUMBAI: KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd has recorded a 63 per cent jump in revenues at Rs 29.74 crore (Rs 18.29 crore) for the second quarter ended September 30.

According to the company's unaudited results taken on a consolidated basis, operating profit stood at Rs 4.49 crore compared to Rs 2.34 crore for the corresponding period last year.

Net profit amounted to Rs 3.12 crore (Rs 1.26 crore), a company release said.

For the first half ended September 30, the company recorded total income of Rs 55.21 crore (Rs 35.09 crore). Profit after tax stood at Rs 5.98 crore (Rs 1.52 crore).
