Toyota rolls out one lakh vehicles from Bidadi plant

THE Director of Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM), Mr Satoshi Aoki, has said that the company has rolled out one lakh domestically produced vehicles from its production facility at Bidadi near Bangalore.

In a press release here on Wednesday, Mr Aoki said Toyota Qualis today dominates the MPV segment. The Regional Manager of TKM, Sailesh Shetty, said that the special limited edition Qualis is a continuation of company's efforts to make products better by listening to customers.

The release said that Toyota Qualis launched in January 2000 commands 33 per cent market share in multi-utility vehicle segment.
