Shipping New berth at Mangalore port Our Bureau
MANGALORE: The Union Minister of Shipping, Mr Shatrughan Sinha, will dedicate Berth No. 12 (multi-user liquid jetty) of the New Mangalore Port to the nation on October 27. He will also present ISO 9001-2000 certificate to the port on the occasion. Apart from presenting awards of excellence to the port users for 2002-03, the Minister will inaugurate the year-long celebrations to commemorate 30 years of service of the port to the nation.
