KOLKATA: The West Bengal Government has identified five healthcare projects that will be taken up with private partners, according to Mr Sumit Mazumdar, President of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI). He was briefing reporters on Tuesday on the three-day healthcare show, which the chamber is organising in collaboration with the State Government from November 7.

Mr Sujit Poddar, chairman of the organising committee, said the projects were a general hospital, a cancer hospital, an eye-care hospital, an ayurvedic treatment hospital and a medical equipment-manufacturing unit.
