Prudential Coop Bank meet

Our Bureau

HYDERABAD: The depositors' association of the Prudential Cooperative Bank has convened a general body meeting of its members on November 23 to chalk out a course to pressurise the bank authorities to "give back their money".

The Executive Committee of the association that met here on Monday had decided to hold dharnas and hunger strikes after November 30 if the money was not repaid to the depositors.

In a press release, the association President, Mr K. Srinivasulu, stated that the depositors now feel that they should fight collectively to get back their hard-earned money. They wanted the bank to commence the operations of savings bank and current accounts immediately.
