Radiation technology seminar

HYDERABAD: Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University in collaboration with the Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences of the Department of Atomic Energy will be holding a three-day national seminar here on `Radiation technology for enhancing food security, safety and trade' from November 18.

The seminar will address various issues related to radiation processing and make recommendations for adoption of the technology by the Government and non-government organisations so that its benefits can reach the farming community, according to a press release here on Monday.
