Updated ThinkPad launched

BANGALORE: IBM India has launched the updated ThinkPad r50 and t41 models of notebook computers - featuring automatic hard drive protection technology, according to a press release.

The protection system is designed to prevent hard drive crashes and data loss. The notebook comes equipped with IBM's ThinkVantage Technologies, a set of software and hardware features that help implement new technologies such as wireless computing securely.
