Rating for DivyaSree Developers

BANGALORE: In a maiden survey commissioned by the India chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), city-based DivyaSree Developers, has been rated the best project manager and construction developer.

Other nominees in the category were the Raheja Group and Prestige. Ernst & Young conducted the survey across 500 companies in India.

DivyaSree Developers is part of Shyamaraju & Company (India) Private Ltd, an infrastructure developer in south India.

It has developed infrastructure for global companies including Sun Microsystems, Cisco Systems, Ernst & Young, Convergys, Airtel, e4e, Westbridge and Wipro, according to a press release.

DivyaSree has lately entered the facility management service business, under which the company provides expertise in the management of captive power plants, continuous monitoring of power distribution, specialised air-cooling solutions, dedicated optic fibre connectivity, support facilities like health clubs and cafeterias to its clients.
