IFB unveils `Elena' in Mangalore

MANGALORE: IFB Industries Ltd launched its "Elena" brand of washing machines in Mangalore on Wednesday.

Addressing presspersons, the Regional Manager (South), IFB Industries, Mr Pradip Chanda, said that the company has a 60 per cent market share in the front-loading washing machine category in India.

The entire range of IFB washing machines is manufactured in Goa. The products are exported to West Asia, Africa, and some regions of Europe, Mr Chanda said.

Apart from washing machine, the company has products such as microwave ovens, dishwashers, and clothe dryers, he added.

Mr Jay Sigh Sethia, Bangalore branch manager of IFB Industries Ltd, was present on the occasion.
